Hi there!
On the 22 September 2024, I’m taking on the ultimate challenge: completing Ironman Wales to raise funds for Alzheimer’s UK.
With a gruelling 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile marathon, this race tests the limits of endurance—but it's nothing compared to the daily challenges faced by those living with Alzheimer’s. Every mile I complete will be in support of critical research, care, and advocacy provided by Alzheimer’s UK. Together, we can fight back against this devastating disease and bring hope to millions.
